Support cross compilation.
Include AX_PROG_CC_FOR_BUILD from autoconf-archive, and use CC_FOR_BUILD to build the two generator binaries, even when a different host system is targeted using ./configure --host=...
I have not yet tested that the aplwc binary works when built this way.
